1930s semis
Bay-fronted lounges and wide landings. Bays eat material if the roll is planned badly, so we measure for the bay first and work back. Wool-blend twist is the usual choice for the stairs and landing.
Flats and conversions
Check your lease before anything is lifted. Most require acoustic underlay over a concrete or timber subfloor, and some rule out hard flooring in living areas entirely. We will read the clause with you and spec to it.
Inter-war detached
Larger, squarer rooms where a whole roll can be cut with very little waste. Worth pricing a full roll against a remnant here, because the saving usually goes the other way to what people expect.
